I’ve added a youtube playlist of all @TheSwimsuitGuy’s videos that feature our squad. This is now a permanent menu under the “Coaching Resources” dropdown tab.

This playlist offers a behind the scenes view of training sessions from our squad. It includes technical work, aerobic development, race-pace set and resistance training as athletes prepare for major competitions including World Championships and Olympic Games.
